FAQs

How long have I got to do my course?

How about forever!  All our online courses are stored in the "cloud" and available Online (via the Internet) and Ondemand (whenever you want).  Just log in to your course any time you like, and click on any lesson even if you've done it before you can go back and do it again. 

Can I download my course?

We have added downloadable materials such as recipe templates, eBooks, and worksheets that can serve as helpful references while cooking or engaging in other activities. You don't need to download every piece of content we produce, but you have unlimited access to it whenever you may need it. 

I own a Thermomix. What recipes do you do in the Thermomix?

Our courses provide instructions for any recipe that can be prepared using a Thermomix. However, I will explain why a specific task is not best suited for a Thermomix. Nonetheless, I must admit that I have a fondness for my Thermomix and will always opt to use it if it is more convenient or yields better results for a particular recipe.  In saying that, most recipes are written for Thermomix and non-Thermomix owners. 

What if I don't own a Thermomix?

We offer courses for both Thermomix and Non-Thermomix owners! Just so you know, we make it clear in the course name if it's specifically for Thermomix owners. For example, we have a Perfect Butter Cakes course for Thermomix owners, and a separate one called Perfect Buttercakes for stand mixers. So whatever kind of mixer you have, we've got you covered!

Hi I'm Rebecca McLeod (Bec)

After owning a cafe and working in other establishments, I transitioned to obtaining my TAA certification and began teaching at TAFE.

Since 2002, my primary focus has been instructing individuals on the art of cooking, baking, and cake decoration.

All of our courses are now conveniently available online and can be accessed on demand. This means that you have the freedom to log in at your convenience, as many times as you wish. Additionally, you get to keep the courses, and we are always available to address any inquiries you may have.

While not all of my recipes are specifically designed for Thermomix, I hold a special affinity for this machine. Consequently, I specialise in converting recipes to accommodate its use whenever it is appropriate to do so.
