Online Courses

Courses are focused, step‑by‑step classes that dive into one specific baking topic at a time – things like shortcrust pastry, “muffins at home like a pastry chef”, easy overnight sourdough, and more. They’re designed for when you want to really concentrate on a particular skill or style of baking and get the “why” as well as the “how”. Each course is built as its own mini‑program, so you can move through it at your own pace and revisit it whenever you like

Bake Club Online

Bake Club Online is a step‑by‑step baking program designed to help you build real confidence in the kitchen, one bake at a time. It’s perfect for home bakers who want to go beyond just following a recipe and actually understand why things work, while still creating delicious bakes for friends and family as they learn at their own pace. Once a season is yours, you can revisit the lessons, videos, and recipes whenever you like.

eBooks

My affordable eBooks are full of sweet and savoury recipes for everyday cooking and baking, with versions for both Thermomix and conventional kitchens.

They’re written with home bakers in mind – easy to follow, practical, and perfect for real life, not just special occasions.

Many of my online courses also include downloadable eBooks, so you can save your favourite recipes, print them if you like, and bake along at your own pace.

Hi I'm Rebecca McLeod (Bec)

After owning a cafe and working in other establishments, I transitioned to obtaining my TAA certification and began teaching at TAFE.

Since 2002, my primary focus has been instructing individuals on the art of cooking, baking, and cake decoration.

All of our courses are now conveniently available online and can be accessed on demand. This means that you have the freedom to log in at your convenience, as many times as you wish. Additionally, you get to keep the courses, and we are always available to address any inquiries you may have.

While not all of my recipes are specifically designed for Thermomix, I hold a special affinity for this machine. Consequently, I specialise in converting recipes to accommodate its use whenever it is appropriate to do so.
