This video shows you how to navigate your online content on the Bec's Table site.

I always suggest you use a device with a larger screen. Most people find the landscape view much easier to navigate. On PCs, laptops, or Tablets, the lesson menu is on the left side of the screen.

Every item you own can be found under your account's "My Products".

The recordings below are set as private. Only those who own the course can see them. Please don't share it with your family and friends, as it's unfair to those who have paid.
