Muffins are really easy once you know the technique. 

Without making this course too much of a science lesson, I'll explain where things can go wrong in the making. 

I've made the videos in this course using the conventional method so you can see exactly what is going on inside the bowl.  I've been able to provide more tips and can better explain the technique that way. 

Recipes are written in Thermomix and Conventional methods in your accompanying eBook.  Choose which downloadable template suits you best.  I've laminated mine for quick use.
