So you want to make cheese

Have you ever wanted to make cheese at home but thought it would take too much time or effort? Well forget all that - I can’t wait to show you one of the easiest ways I know of making soft cheese at home! 


This course covers cheeses like Persian feta and plain cream cheese ready for your sweet or savoury inclusions. Heck, I often make a batch and just leave it plain to spread on warm toast instead of butter. I’ve also used it to make a baked cheesecake, and it works brilliantly.  Watch the Videos and see how easy it is.

Did you know that Persian feta started off as a brand name?  If you went to Persia (modern-day Iran) and asked for “Persian feta”, you’d get some strange looks. Great name, but not really a product they make as such.  Anyway, we all seem to love it here in Australia, don’t we? Apart from the price tag, that is!  

What If I told you that you could make your own delicious Persian feta on your kitchen bench, inside the bottle your purchased milk (cows, goat, sheep) came in? I’m pretty sure you’d be excited and want to give it a go.  😉

In this course, that’s exactly what we’re going to cover: my easy way to make Persian or gourmet soft cheese on the bench overnight.  

Cheesemaking is a fun and easy process.  You can get so much satisfaction from making cheese and serving it up to family and friends who will think you’re just too clever.      

Some cheeses literally take minutes of your time to make, and others may take a couple of hours spread out across a day.  Either way, it’s a process that shouldn’t be rushed or your cheese won’t be at its best.
