As a rule, I don't bother with the Thermomix or Stand mixer when making sourdough. You know that feeling when you find a recipe and want to get out your favourite cooking appliance. Call me lazy, but I don't want to wash it if it doesn't add genuine value to the outcome.
Sourdough doesn't have to be kneaded to develop gluten, taste and structure. It just requires some knowledge, a little time, and the right conditions.
After trying my easy overnight method, if you still really want to make sourdough in the Thermomix (or standmixer), call me and I'll send you some old recipes I used to use.
Hey, but don't complain to me about getting the sticky tacky dough off your TM blades. 🤣🤣🤣
