From beginners to the more advanced baker you'll find great recipes, techniques and inspiration in this course.

Recipes are written both in Thermomix and Conventional methods so if you love a good slice this is the course for you. 

Use layers to create your very own recipes.  Or swap out like for like ingredients.

Check out the recipe for Blueberry Almond Crumble.  It's a brilliant recipe for making fuss-free layers.  Swap out the fruit, and add other flavours. Too easy.
