I'm getting lots of questions about this little oven. It's brilliant. I had concerns before it was delivered, but I have to say it's very clever indeed.
OK, what can I tell you?
It's small and compact, but the perfect to cook off a dinner plate-sized pizza.
It's portable; I better keep my eye on it next time the kids go camping. LOL
They say it turns out restaurant-quality, authentic stone-baked pizza in less than 60 seconds. I would rather say, on high around 2 minutes +. But who's keeping track when we're talking about that length of time. And yes, definitely restaurant quality.
The ovens highest heat registers at 500°C, I like to keep it between 350 and 450°C
You connect it to LPG just like your a BBQ.
You can use your Ovana to cook a range of other things. We've been using a sizzle pan for cooking off steak, chicken wings, roast potatoes and bacon-wrapped corn and baked potatoes in their jacket and more.
The stock will be limited at first, so get in quick.
If you're one of my customers, please put my name down as your consultant (Rebecca McLeod) when you purchase, I'll receive an email from The Mix Shop, and I'll immediately send you my new Perfect Pizza Guide/Course, as a thankyou.
Oh, and it's $589 including delivery, and the first orders will receive a cover for it for free.
Here's a photo of some chicken wings I cooked off in the Ovana.
