What's this course all about?

What's this course all about?

After our first course on making cookies in your Thermomix, there was a thirst for more.

Some wanted more recipes, others wanted more tips, and a few of you asked, "Can I use this method with any food processor?".

This course has been written with all of the above in mind. The course can be accessed via your recipe eBook to further your learning to create brilliant cookies, or you can read, watch and learn by simply going through the lessons from start to finish. I've tried to make them as short and concise as possible.

While developing recipes for this course, I thought about the customers we had in our Cafe; what would they have liked?
Of course, I had to throw in an apple pie cookie; we always had something apple on the menu at the Apple Pot Cafe. I hope you love them too.

After getting into the why and how this method works in our first course, we thought it was time to get into more of the fun stuff.

With these tips and techniques, you'll be crowned the cookie queen amongst family and friends.
