- heavy in texture

Basically all the hallmarks of a badly mixed cake were showing up in my TM cakes!

Back in those early days I sat down to analyse what was going on. I soon realized that I needed to look more closely at the process of cake making (rather than the ingredients).
It turns out that using a Thermomix to mix up a cake, is actually a lot different to the process used in standard methods.
