Shortbread Notes and Recipes: Special Christmas extra
Welcome! I'm so excited you're here. This course is all about making beautiful, delicious cookies — reliably and easily — using a Thermomix or any bladed food processor.
Over the course, I'm going to share the method I use for about 95% of my cookie recipes. It's a technique I've developed from my background as a pastry chef, adapted specifically for the way Thermomix-style blades work. It's quicker than the traditional stand mixer approach, it's easier to clean up, and once you've done it a couple of times, you'll wonder why you ever did it any other way.
By the end of this course, you'll be able to:
Understand why the Thermomix/food processor method needs to be different from a stand mixer
Use my 3-step method for almost any cookie recipe
Adapt existing recipes for your processor with confidence
Understand how ingredients affect texture — and how to adjust them
-
Troubleshoot common cookie problems before they happen
The course includes written lessons, step-by-step recipes, downloadable templates, and video demonstrations. Take it at your own pace and revisit any lesson whenever you need a refresher.
