Through this platform, I will share my exclusive techniques for preparing mouth-watering cookies that can be savoured from around the globe. I understand that in the US and possibly other regions, biscuits are what we call, in Australia, Scones. We will stick to the term "cookies" for this course to prevent confusion and uniformity.
I've discovered that using a Thermomix for cookie preparation is incredibly reliable, especially for recipes that involve rolling, shaping, or slicing before placing them on the baking tray. It's all about mastering this unique technique; I will show you how easy it is.
My approach differs from the typical Stand Mixer or Thermomix process; I've designed a swift and straightforward technique that works with any Thermo cooker or bladed food processor, and it's quicker, easier, and there's less to clean up.
When I come across a cookie recipe, I primarily focus on the ingredients; if they appeal to me, I employ my method to create the cookies. While I may occasionally glance at the technique, I generally adhere to my basic guidelines unless the cookies require a specific process, such as piping.
Once you become proficient in a technique, you'll find that you won't always need to rely on the written method, as you'll have an innate understanding of how it functions.
