Congratulations: You're at the end of our Sourdough Basics Course
Congratulations: You're at the end of our Sourdough Basics Course
I know this course looks long, so before you panic, here are a few shortcuts.
If you already have a starter and you are the kind of person who just wants to get on with it, scroll down to the section called βYour First Overnight Loafβ. That section walks you through my favourite, easiest way of making sourdough bread at home.
If you do not have a starter yet, get one on the go. A starter does take a few days to come to life, but I have included a few quick options so you can choose what suits you.
There is also a section on the Mad Millie sourdough culture. With Mad Millie, you can be baking bread in about as much time as it takes for the sachet to arrive.
