Welcome to Easy Overnight Sourdough.
This course will teach you how to make real sourdough bread in the most natural, easy way I know. Not faux sourdough β real, slow-fermented sourdough with no commercial yeast added.
There is a lot of confusion out there about what sourdough actually is. Sourdough is a fermented bread. It tastes wonderful, and many people who have trouble with store-bought, fast-risen bread find they can comfortably eat real sourdough. It needs time to ferment, but it does not need much of your time.
Inside this course, you will learn why, when and how to make an easy overnight sourdough loaf. Every recipe here uses my overnight method. I will also show you the easiest ways to make a starter and keep it going with minimal effort and fuss.
So, welcome. Forget what you may have seen or heard about sourdough before, and try this method with me.
